Through serious testing and tenacity he rewired the control for the AC/Heating unit so that NOW they are correct, put in a jumper and changed out a fuse.

CJL and I had our first appointment with or real estate agent last night and signed the documents to get the short sale proceedings going.

Is there a web site that will tell me how much property has sold for in my area, but go back in years and not months like most sites??

Still trying to deal with the property tax crap and I can get them for prior years, I just need the amounts and when they sold.

To everyone who showed up to help Chris and I move this weekend - HUGE THANK YOU.

Due to the move I will be packing up my computer some time today.  Which means that I won't be back up on the net until Monday when my phone and DSL service gets up and running.
